I solicited several bids on our waterfront project. They ranged from suspiciously cheap to outrageously expensive. You are the only one who actually listened to what my goals were for the project and came up with a plan that addressed each of my needs within the budget we discussed.  It's a shame I should be astonished by that but its why you got the job. You will likely get the next job because not only did you come up with a great plan but you executed it to perfection, our lakefront looks better than I had even pictured it and people have gone out of their way to compliment us on it.
